Back Acne - Causes
Usually, back acne is a hereditary problem caused by hormones. Sweating and tight clothing are two of the most common causes hence many physically active people tend to be victims of back acne. Tight clothes like spandex traps perspiration against the skin, and it then mixes with surface oils. The result is a filmy residue that clogs pores and causes blemishes ranging from whiteheads to inflamed papules and pustules.
